FROM THE EAST
It is not by our money alone, but by our character, that we are rich or poor. The important thing is to be able, at any moment, to sacrifice what we are for what we could be.
Freedom and love are simple words, but not simple actions. Treat a person as they are, and they will remain as they are. Treat them as they could be and they will become what they should be.
While all forms of thinking should be tolerated, some forms of behavior should not be. In the end it is behavior that counts. Values are not trendy items that are casually traded in.
The heaviest thing a person can carry is a grudge. Prayer does not need proof, it needs practice.
Choice not chance determines destiny. To know what to do, with what we know, is the essence of wisdom.
We should see everything, overlook a great deal and correct a little. When the world says "Give Up." Hope whispers, "Try again."
The bravest thing we can do, when we are not brave, is to profess courage and act accordingly.
OUR MISSION: To promote and develop to the fullest the concept of brotherly love, relief, truth and affection among all men; to teach the practice of self improvement, and Masonic Charity; within a framework of peace, harmony and good will.
Signed: Douglas Trent. Worshipful Master
Attest: Shawn Perryman. Secretary
